WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

About Us

Salty Kit ("we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Nicola Kitto, based in Cornwall, UK.

These terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Wholesale Enquiries

We’re always happy to hear from potential stockists.

  • To enquire about wholesale pricing or commission-based partnerships, please contact us at: info@saltykit.com
  • We offer both traditional wholesale pricing and selected commission-based arrangements (subject to approval)

Ordering

  • Minimum order value: £200
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We do not offer sale or return on unpackaged items.

Payment

  • Payment is required in advance (pro-forma) unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept bank transfer and debit/credit card payments
  • All invoices must be paid in the stated currency
  • Any bank or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Shipping & Delivery

  • UK orders: Free delivery via DPD with a min order of + £500
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received
  • International shipping is available on request (shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be confirmed prior to dispatch)

Duties & Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges unless otherwise agreed in writing

Returns & Damages

Please check your order carefully upon arrival.

  • Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery via email
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Returns are only accepted with prior approval
  • We cannot accept returns for items not supplied by us

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party couriers arranged by the buyer
  • All returned items are inspected before any refund or replacement is agreed
  • We reserve the right to determine whether an item is faulty

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and shipping/return costs will apply

Branding & Resale

We ask all stockists to represent Salty Kit in a way that reflects our brand values.

  • Products should not be marketed in a way that may harm our brand image
  • Discounting or promotional activity must be agreed in advance

All product images and brand assets remain the property of Salty Kit.

  • Please contact us before using any imagery or content
  • Approved stockists may use brand materials with permission

General Terms

  • Product details and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary
  • We reserve the right to update products, pricing, and these terms at any time
  • Goods are the buyer’s responsibility once delivered
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit
