We treat our customers how we like to be treated - if you're not happy with your purchase or would like an exchange, you have 60 days to decide. And we're here to help - please email info@saltykit.com with any queries.
Return & Refund Policy for the UK
Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep all of the protective plastic covering the handles, straps and pockets. If you’re checking if your bag fits a specific item, for example, a dry robe, please place your robe in a separate bag to prevent fibres from transferring to the new Salty Kit Bag.

For faulty, damaged items or the incorrect product, please contact us at - info@saltykit.com and we will send you a complimentary returns shipping label.
Return method:
Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging.
Post your item to the address below and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. You will need to cover your shipping costs unless your item (s) are damaged or faulty.
Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
